Wow, what a fantastic half term of learning. Thank you for all the wonderful efforts with online learning so far! It has been fantastic for staff to see children using Zoom and Team video calls for their daily meetings – we’ve had children from Seedlings (Nursery) joining Zoom, we’ve had children listening to adults read stories, set work, deliver maths meetings – the list goes on!
Thank you to all our families who have shared work through Class Dojo, Teams and Purple Mash, we are always excited to see the amazing work being produced and to support you in your remote learning.
In the daily Zoom/Teams meeting for your class the children will get to see their teacher, friends from their class and where work will be explained and set for the day, they will also take part in a variety of learning activities, including take part in maths meetings and story time. If you are having any issues with this, please email your class teacher.
In our Lockdown Legends section of the website we will share photographs of some of the wonderful work being done and share weekly ‘shout outs’ from the previous week. Also, on a Friday we will award ‘Lockdown Legend Stars of the Week’ certificates – these children will receive a congratulations postcard through the post.
