Our Learning:
This half term (Autumn 1) , we will be reading our brilliant class book - 'Carrie's War' - that is linked to our history topic of WW2.

Please also take a look at our Long-Term Plan to discover everything that will be taking place this academic year. If you have any further questions about our learning, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Remarkable Readers:
Reading is a fundamental skill that underpins so many other areas of the curriculum. It is incredibly important to read a wide variety of text types to improve your word knowledge, reading stamina and ultimately immerse yourself in the wonderful world of story telling.
In Chestnut Class we love reading!
