We would like to say a massive 'Thank you' to everyone who contributed to our Harvest local food bank collection today. We have been amazed by everyone’s generosity and have been really touched by some of the thoughtful and kind donations. All of the items have now been collected and are on their way to help families in Doncaster.
We appreciate that some families do not have a lot to share at this difficult time and in the run up to Christmas and that fact makes your donations even more meaningful and just shows what a fantastic school community we have here at Kirkby Avenue Primary School.
We would also like to say 'Thank you' to all the parents who attended the Harvest Festival concert for following our procedures in school to make it such a successful event today.
Finally, we would like to say 'Thank you' to Mr Walker for the 26 pumpkin donation which he has grown on his allotment for school.
