The membership of the Governing Body
Governing bodies of maintained local authority schools currently are made up from five different groups of people:
1. Staff governor from the teaching staff;
2. Staff governor from the non-teaching staff;
3. Local Authority nominated governors;
4. Parent governors;
5. Community governors;
